Itinerary

Your guide and driver are with you throughout. Every day can be adjusted to your interests and pace.

Arrival in Paro, traditional welcome with khadar, followed by a scenic drive to Thimphu. Visit Tachog Lhakhang and Iron Bridge, Chuzom, Buddha Dordenma, the 13 Arts & Crafts School, National Textile Museum, and Jungshi Handmade Paper Factory.

Experience the colorful Thimphu Tshechu at Tashichho Dzong, followed by visits to the National Memorial Chorten, Simply Bhutan, Motithang Takin Preserve, and the Centenary Farmers Market or Local Craft Bazaar.

Travel through the spectacular Dochula Pass and visit Druk Wangyal Lhakhang. Continue to Chimi Lhakhang, Punakha Suspension Bridge, with optional Mo Chhu River rafting.

Explore the magnificent Punakha Dzong, hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, and visit Sangchhen Dorji Lhuendrup Nunnery. Return to Paro and enjoy an evening town walk.

Discover Rinpung Dzong, Ta Dzong National Museum, Nyamai Zam Bridge, Kyichu Lhakhang, and the historic Drukgyel Dzong ruins.

Hike to the iconic Paro Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest). Afterward, experience rural Bhutan with a traditional farmhouse visit, Dotsho hot stone bath, and local archery.

Transfer to Paro International Airport for your onward flight, with a final glimpse of Bhutan’s spectacular Himalayan landscape.
